Needs Major Improvements for Comfort

Our stay was certainly uncomfortable. The room had missing amenities and cleanliness issues. A malfunctioning refrigerator leaked everywhere. Traffic noise made it difficult to sleep.

I enjoyed the clean and recently remodeled King Room, which had a cozy ambiance. The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, ensuring all my needs were met promptly. The quiet environment made my stay wonderfully restful.

More senior-friendly accessibility features would be helpful.

However, the staff at check-in were not professional. their abrasive manner made the arrival experience unpleasant. Additionally, the noise from outside was disruptive, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. Overall, the amenities were decent, but the service greatly detracted from the experience.

This place suits me perfectly, with free wi-fi, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV! I remember the staff helping me get my forgotten belongings on my first stay. Highly recommend it! I'm coming back for Easter!

I stayed at hyland motel van nuys for 2 nights and had a pleasant experience. the manager, john, was super accommodating and helped with everything I needed. it was a quiet spot with all the basic necessities like air conditioning. Plus, the location is great. it's close to shopping stores and freeway entrances, making it easy to get to universal studios and santa monica pier.
